The Wizard of Terra Firma

You're a medieval fantasy wizard fighting off an alien invasion. You spend your time moving from battlefield to battlefield, inching closer and closer to the aliens’ base of operations, engaging them in combat every step of the way. Though the clashing of magic against their unfathomable technology may cause hitherto unseen catastrophe, you have no choice but to fight against them—and who knows, maybe you’ll be able to carefully combine the two and become the most powerful wizard of them all.

The Wizard of Terra Firma is a solo RPG made for WTFjam 2025.  Some of its features include:

• A highly-customizable, narrative-focused spellcasting system
• Random alien technology generation tables
• Fun, random effects from magic and technology clashing together
• Rules for making new spells from alien technology

Though the game is made to be played solo, it can be adapted to be played between one player (who plays the wizard) and one game master/GM (who controls the aliens).
